A reverent retelling of the Ramayana follows a prince's war against a demon king to rescue his abducted wife.
Director: Om Raut
Cast: Prabhas, Kriti Sanon, Saif Ali Khan
The CGI is weightless, the dialogue was rewritten after a backlash, and the tone veers from solemn to cartoonish. Prabhas looks lost and the spectacle never moves you. A cautionary tale about scale without soul.
